I work with people and small businesses to make unclear ideas, digital experiences, and systems easier to understand and move forward. I look at what users need, where the experience or process is breaking down, and what needs to connect next.
My background brings together IT systems support, UX research, applied data analysis, AI evaluation, documentation, and structured evaluation. Across that work, I’ve learned how to investigate what is not working, find patterns, define flows and logic, test ideas, and refine them into clearer, more functional experiences.
